"My session with Kellie helped me shift aspects of my internal and external auto-sexual experience. I prepared by writing a sexual autobiography and what I was no longer comfortable with. Kellie received me with warmth, understanding and acceptance, reflecting back and supporting what was already changing in me, inspiring and helping me to find an easy joy in the shifts as I grow older."
"I'm grateful for the lovely space Kellie created to explore an integrated, social, physical, emotional, sexual, and spiritual version of self. Even meeting on Zoom, she created a really wonderful, calm, inviting tone, and I felt an ability to be present and engage in meaningful work. Her somatic practice weaves in well with mindfulness practices, but also moves into a space of embodiment, authenticity, and wisdom that I haven't found anywhere else. Reframing some feelings about gender and sexuality, and how I feel as a female in this world, in this body, it has been wonderful to have a guide and co-traveler to help me on the way."
"My sessions with Kellie have been such a gift - enormously helpful. I’d been looking around for a practitioner (for a long time!) who might be able to help me untangle some complexities around my experience of the body and sexuality. I’m so grateful to have finally found Kellie - her presence, insight, kindness, and creativity in sessions have helped me explore dimensions of my being and my body that I hadn’t really known how to access before. Through deeply thoughtful conversations, guided meditations, organic movement, dance, and the like, Kellie is helping me come more fully into myself, experience my body's wisdom, and begin to embrace new realms of pleasure and vitality in my life. Really, all of this is possible because of Kellie’s capacity to create a space that feels safe, collaborative, and entirely free of judgement. In this context, I feel completely welcome to express and explore any material that might come forward."

I have been licensed and practicing massage therapy for 14 years, working in private practice in Portland, Maine for 5 years. I am a sex educator and teach Body Enrichment classes for the Institute for Sexual Education and Enlightenment. For 3 years I co-facilitated sexuality workshops with my colleague Dana Fadel with our business Sex of Self. I continue to find ways to create workshops that illuminate and celebrate our sexuality.
As a massage therapist I help my clients feel integrated into their own body. I tend toward giving slow paced and deep work. I find that presence is the most important ingredient in both the giver and the receiver of the massage.
What I value most about being a sexuality educator is that I get to remind and redefine what sexuality is to any given individual. I get to be an impetus for integrating this often, under examined part of our lives. I really enjoy creating safe spaces for people to let down their guard and be honest with themselves. Sex continues to be a topic that is confusing at times and wrapped up in the complexities of relationship and skills in intimacy that we were never taught. This is where I come most alive professionally; when someones perspective changes and in turn deepens their intimacy with themselves and the ripple effect this can have in their relationships.
My experience and interests live out my desire to be connected and to learn from and with the body.
