Exploring intersection of pelvis, sexuality, and cultivating possibility in your life
Nurturing Creativity, Body as Resource:
Guided by Kellie Ryan and Megan Fitz-Hamilton, this experiential class invites you to rest your awareness in the pelvic bowl—the ground of support, sensation, and creative life. From this rooted place, we listen: What wisdom lives in the generative and sexual organs when we meet them with gentle curiosity?
Through guided meditation and movement, playful improv, visual art, and vocal expression, we invite participants to cultivate safety in the body so possibility and pleasure can emerge. You’ll be invited into a collaborative, choice-centered space where nothing must be performed and everything can be explored with care.
Join us for a deep practice and integration—partnering with sensation, imagination, and desire as creative forces. Together we nurture a relationship with the pelvis as a “second heart,” a source of intuition, power, and expression. Come as you are. No experience needed—just a willingness to listen inward.
Wednesday's April 22, 29 and May 6 6-8pm $45 Soule Barn Freeport Maine
APRIL 22 The Uterus as Sacred Sexuality: We will feel into the unique room, womb space that holds a sensuality that is just for you. What is sacred and held here in the "second heart?"
APRIL 29 The Pelvic Floor and Introitus as Longing and Desire:We will explore the terrain of the vaginal opening and the muscles of the pelvic floor as access to desire and longing. The reach, push, and pull of longing that resides at the base and center of our bodies.
MAY 6 The Cervix- Sounding the Threshold:We will drop into the cervix. The threshold between the sacred internal and the opening to/rejecting from what’s external. With sound, toning and opening our voices, which tones the cervix, what will we feel into and learn from this connection of sound and cervix?
