Tenets of Sexuality are in person classes that are intended to build community by exploring skills in intimacy while also creating a container for discussing sexuality.
Each class has a theme that coincides with Celtic seasons. Enhancing our relationship with nature, the cycles of change, and our sexuality.

Beneath the Snow Sexuality and Emergence of Imbolc

This is winter. Above the ground it is cold, and the rhythm is still. It is slower, It is quietly inspired. Underground, dark, seeds crack and begin to find the will to find the light, to grow up and to start the journey toward spring. This is Imbolc. What about our sexuality is still, in the dark, and cracking to find its way to spring? In this day long class we will explore the emergence of our sexual, creative selves by taking a journey. We begin by getting to know what is in the dark, the seed that longs to grow, and the support it needs to find its way to the light. With meditation, toning, embodied practices, indoor and outdoor exploration, and intimate conversations about sexuality in the container of caring community we will take care of what longs to grow, and listen to what our bodies are telling us they want to emerge.

IMBOLC, BELTANE, LUGHNASADH, SAMHAIN With each Celtic Season, this class is an invitation to listen to what the season shows us about our own nature. Meeting in circle to explore intimacy with ourselves while opening up to conversations about sexuality.
