This facilitated support circle offers bodyworkers a place to speak honestly about the realities of touch, intimacy, and sexuality in professional practice. Through guided discussion and peer reflection, participants build confidence, clarity, collective wisdom, personal sovereignty, and perhaps a more meaningful and sustainable practice.

Most every health care practitioner and bodyworker gets a great education that is missing some essential pieces to the human puzzle. Sexuality is an important topic that too often gets overlooked. This program is about bridging that gap.

Welcome to a groundbreaking program that merges 23 years of massage therapy expertise with 13 years of sexuality education. This course is designed for both new and experienced massage therapists, offering a unique exploration of sexuality and intimacy within the realm of bodywork.

As bodyworkers, we recognize the inherent intimacy in our practice. This program addresses the often-overlooked aspect of handling intimate exchanges, providing you with essential skills for navigating challenges related to sexuality in your professional work.

Discussion Topics will Include

~ Understanding the intersection of sexuality and bodywork.

~ Developing mature empathy 

~ Implementing personal and professional boundaries.

~ Navigating intersections of gender, race, class, etc. How identities intersect with sexuality.

~ Practicing how to have hard and respectful communication 

~ Recognizing how sexuality may interfere and/or enhance healing.

~ Examining ethical dilemmas related to sex work in massage therapy.

~ Strategies for self-awareness and reflection.

This is for touch based practitioners looking to:

~  deepen their practice with active peer support and proffessional guidance from a sex educator. 

~ elevate the kind of care you offer through grounded and radical intervention and education.

~ Add integrity and meaning to your work.

~ Address the missing pieces of our education that includes understanding our boundaries on a somatic level and the importance of holding your client and the impact of their sexuality in their body; on your table.
